2. Services

We provide Reiki treatments intended to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Reiki is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where we believe it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, email, or other agreed method. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in accordance with Section 4.

4. Fees and Payment

Prices for services are listed on our website and may be updated at any time. Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. If payment is not received, the appointment will not be confirmed and may be offered to another client. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been successfully completed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

48 hours or more before your appointment:
No cancellation fee will be charged.

Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment:
A fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
A fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Failure to attend (no-show):
The full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.

Where full payment has been made in advance, the applicable cancellation fee will be retained and any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.

We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. Discontinuation of Treatment

If you choose to stop or discontinue a Reiki session after it has started, the full session fee will remain payable and no refund will be issued. This reflects the fact that the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated once the session has begun. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

8. Health and Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

You have provided accurate and complete information about your health
You will inform us of any changes to your health or medical conditions
You understand that Reiki is not a medical treatment
You will seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate

We are not responsible for any decisions you make regarding your health based on Reiki treatments.

9. Consent to Treatment

You must provide informed consent before receiving treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if consent is not provided.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from Reiki treatments

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
